Zenity secures $125M Series C for AI agent governance; Gartner-recognized category lead

Zenity raised $125 million in Series C funding led by Norwest, bringing total capital raised to $185 million. New investors Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures, and LG Technology Ventures joined the round, alongside existing backers Vertex Ventures, Third Point Ventures, DTCP, and Intel Capital. The Tel Aviv-based AI security company serves Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises and has grown revenue three years running with triple-digit YoY growth rates.

Zenity's platform secures autonomous agents operating across SaaS, enterprise cloud infrastructure, coding environments (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini), and custom-built systems. Unlike traditional AI security focused on model protection or prompt filtering, Zenity analyzes agent intent at runtime, deterministically allowing, modifying, or blocking actions before execution. The company's research division, Zenity Labs, has discovered critical agentic vulnerabilities including AgentFlayer zero-click attacks that can silently hijack enterprise agents.

In April 2026, Gartner named Zenity the category leader in AI agent governance, recognizing its agentic-centric architecture and intent-aware detection. The funding accelerates platform innovation, expands Zenity Labs research, and deepens global presence in Europe and Asia-Pacific. For architects: the market is shifting from securing AI models to securing AI actions—and Zenity's 230-person team is positioned as the primary vendor standardizing control planes for autonomous agent deployments across enterprise infrastructure.
