Oxylabs raises $130M at $3.6B valuation; bootstrapped web-data unicorn eyes AI agents

Oxylabs, a Vilnius-based web-scraping and data infrastructure platform, secured its first outside investment: $130 million from Warburg Pincus at a $3.6 billion valuation. Founded in 2015 and profitable since inception, the company bootstrapped for 11 years before taking capital, making it the second unicorn to emerge from Lithuanian venture accelerator Tesonet. Oxylabs reported $350 million in annual recurring revenue and serves over 350,000 customers worldwide, including Fortune 500 firms.

The platform provides real-time public internet data at scale to AI model developers, AI agents, and enterprises.
